GQR Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Pediatrics for a local contract job in Southern Washington State, Washington.

Job Description & Requirements

Assignment Details:

  • Assignment start date: Start date will be confirmed upon successful completion of credentialing (2 - 4 weeks) July/August availability.
  • Assignment duration: 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend.
  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per/week. This is an 8-hour work day w/1 hour unpaid lunch.
  • Cases: OP ambulatory services, well baby and sick child, newborn wellness, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management, asthma, allergies. Typical primary care for children up to 18.
  • Advanced Practitioners must have a minimum of two years experience.
  • Advanced Practitioners are expected to see the productivity expectation of 18 patients per day.
  • Reminder: Locums are expected to take over a provider panel and their inbox when covering a provider.
    Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus
  • Willing to wait on license if you have compact licensure (for NP's)

Travel / Expenses:
- $750/week housing stipend (3k monthly)
- Rental Car (economy) managed by company
- 1 RT Flight (economy + 1 checked bag) managed by company

- Malpractice Insurance managed by company 

Pay Structure:
Nurse Practitioner $75 - $90/hr
Overtime: Only approved if daily productivity is met, not if provider stays late charting on the expected daily PPD. 

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in outpatient, pediatrics. Sees all ages, chronic disease management and prevention methods. Has experience in FQHC or Tribal Medicine. No new graduates accepted at this time.
