• Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
• Certifications Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR certification, And any state-specific certifications required for hospice nursing
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of hospice or palliative care nursing experience, 2 years of nursing experience preferred, Experience with admissions or case management is a plus
• Other Requirements: Ability to work independently, strong communication and interpersonal skills, physical ability to lift and move patients, proficiency with EMR systems, compassionate and patient-focused attitude
