**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse - Psych (Nights)!** Job Description: - **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Psych - **Location:** Highland Springs, Highland Hills, OH - **Shift:** 7pm - 7:30am (Nights) - **Guaranteed Weekly Hours:** 36 - **Weekend Requirements:** Every other weekend (EOW) - **Floating Requirements:** Flexibility to float to all 3 units as needed - **Openings:** 3 available positions **Unit Overview:** - **Total Beds:** 24 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:4 - **Patient Population:** Ages 18 - 99 **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide compassionate nursing care to mental health patients - Recognize mental health as an illness and support patients on their journey to recovery - Engage proactively during downtime **Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with a preference for previous psych/detox experience - **Certifications:** CPR and must complete CPI training within 30 days - **Education:** Must have relevant nursing education **Personality Traits:** - Compassionate about mental health - Unbothered by patient comments - Proactive and energetic approach to care **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Navy Blue - Note: No hoodies allowed **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
