Fleet Operations & Route Details

• Origin Point: All daily routes launch directly from the distribution center in Casa Grande, AZ.
• Earn a steady $1,200 – $1,500 weekly average, driven by a premium mileage and stop-pay structure.
• The Radius: Local and regional loops delivering straight to retail stores within a tight 225-mile radius.
• The Routine: Manage 8 to 15 loads per week, averaging 3 to 4 store deliveries per load.
• Slip-Seat Operation: Daily slip-seat setup. Day cabs remain at the yard at the end of your shift.

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A driving experience.
• Hiring Radius: Must reside within 50 miles of Casa Grande, AZ.
• Shift Flexibility: Retail distribution operates 24/7. Drivers must be able to work any assigned shift, including weekends, nights, or early morning dispatches.
• Must successfully pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
