About the Position
TransForce is seeking a CDL B driver to support local operations based in Alburtis, PA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay: $25 Per Hour + OT
- Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 6 PM - 8 PM Start time, 10-12 hour shifts
Job Details
- Route Type: Local, Philadelphia, NO NYC
- Freight / Load Type: Equipment and materials
- Equipment: Automatic Trucks with Liftgates
- Handling: Touch freight, Pallet jack and Hand Truck
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL B equipment on local routes
- Transport CDL B equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks including pallet jack and hand truck unload
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Minimum Requirements
- License: CDL B
- Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Endorsements: None
- Equipment Experience: Must have nighttime experience as well as touch freight delivery experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
