We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local position in Winter Haven, FL. This is a home daily role operating within a busy, high-volume freight area with consistent work.
Position Details:
- Location: Winter Haven, FL (ZIP 33881)
- Hiring Area: Must live within 25 miles
- Position Type: Local / Dedicated
- Equipment: Dry van and refrigerated trailers
- Freight: No-touch
Pay & Compensation:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,200
- Estimated Annual: ~$62,000
- Mileage: Approximately 1,100 miles per week
Pay Structure (based on experience):
- Starting around $0.44 CPM and increases with experience
- Up to $0.52 CPM for more experienced drivers
Additional Pay:
- $55 flat rate for loads 1–25 miles
- $35 flat rate for loads 25+ miles
- $10 stop pay for all stops
- Short haul pay included
- No unload pay
Bonus:
- Performance bonus available (based on 5,600 miles per month eligibility)
Schedule & Home Time:
- Home Time: Daily
- Shift: Both day and night shifts available
- Weekend Work: Yes
- Holiday Work: Required as needed
Job Duties:
- Operate within a local delivery radius in a high-traffic area
- Handle dedicated customer freight
- Maintain communication and schedule reliability
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum 6 months of CDL-A tractor trailer experience required
- Valid CDL-A license
- No endorsements required
