Position Overview

C.R. England is seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers for a dedicated local fleet serving a Target account out of West Jefferson, OH. This is a home daily position offering competitive pay, a structured schedule, and a full benefits package. This opportunity is exclusively available to drivers with verified, current CDL-A experience.

Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 3 months of current, active driving experience are required. This position is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.


Compensation

  • Average annual earnings: $95,846
  • Top 10% of drivers average $128,222 per year*
  • CPM pay structure
  • Bonus opportunities available


Route Details

  • Location: West Jefferson, OH
  • Account: Target Dedicated Fleet
  • Schedule: 6 days on, 2 days off
  • Dispatch Window: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Miles: 200–450 miles round trip per dispatch
  • Home Time: Daily

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Minimum 3 months of current, active CDL-A driving experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
