This position reports to the Lobby Bar, Banquet Beverage Supervisors, and Beverage Manager, working in bar outlets, banquet rooms, and service areas.
- Maintain knowledge of policies, service standards, equipment, menus, and local attractions.
- Provide prompt, courteous guest service, resolve complaints, and promote guest satisfaction.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including inventory, stocking, and cleaning.
- Handle alcohol responsibly, adhere to regulations, and complete required certifications.
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff, work efficiently, and maintain confidentiality.
- Physical ability to perform tasks, lift up to 300 pounds, and endure various movements.
Qualifications include age minimum of 18, food handling certification, fluency in English, and previous hospitality experience desirable. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.
