We are seeking a Lobby Greeter / Ambassador to proactively support marketing initiatives, engage prospective and current owners, and generate awareness and interest in Vacatia’s vacation ownership offerings. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming environment while enhancing the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong guest-centric focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Your Impact
- Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming guests warmly and creating a positive, lasting first impression
- Engage guests proactively to offer assistance, directions, and personalized recommendations
- Promote vacation packages, tours, and in-house marketing opportunities in a natural and guest-focused manner
- Provide accurate information about resort amenities, services, and local Las Vegas attractions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment while monitoring guest flow
- Address guest questions, concerns, and special requests, resolving issues promptly or escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with front desk, guest services, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records while adhering to company policies and procedures
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience in timeshare, resort, or hotel environments is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
