DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Research and resolve servicing issues in support of origination teams, borrowers, and clients within scope of authority and expertise. Work with manager to ensure timely and accurate Loan Servicing practices.
  • Serve as the first and second point of contact for borrower inquiries. 
  • Perform direct support for subservicing clients.
  • Prepare\generate\analyze\distribute reports for clients and management.
  • Perform select post-closing duties related to our subservicer\servicing\and QC functions.
  • Provides the best service to our customers with creative and innovative solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Minimum five years’ experience in the mortgage industry, with an emphasis on Mortgage Loan Servicing Operations knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to provide the best service possible to our clients and customers utilizing creative and innovative solutions when necessary to achieve desired service levels.
  • Strong analytical ability, good judgment, and multidimensional thinker
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A.S Degree or higher preferred.  Will consider extensive job knowledge as substitute
