DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and resolve servicing issues in support of origination teams, borrowers, and clients within scope of authority and expertise. Work with manager to ensure timely and accurate Loan Servicing practices.
- Serve as the first and second point of contact for borrower inquiries.
- Perform direct support for subservicing clients.
- Prepare\generate\analyze\distribute reports for clients and management.
- Perform select post-closing duties related to our subservicer\servicing\and QC functions.
- Provides the best service to our customers with creative and innovative solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum five years’ experience in the mortgage industry, with an emphasis on Mortgage Loan Servicing Operations knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide the best service possible to our clients and customers utilizing creative and innovative solutions when necessary to achieve desired service levels.
- Strong analytical ability, good judgment, and multidimensional thinker
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A.S Degree or higher preferred. Will consider extensive job knowledge as substitute
