Loan Servicing Representative

The Institution for Savings, one of the oldest and most successful community banks in the region, is seeking a full-time Loan Servicing Representative to work in our Residential Lending Newburyport Office. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Loan Set Up
• Payment Processing
• Tax & Insurance Processing
• Pay0ff/Discharge Processing
• Construction Loan Processing
• Post-Closing Review
• Quality Control
• HELOC Renewals/Extensions
• Investor Reporting
• File Maintenance
• Response to customer Calls/Emails
• Payment Portal Review
