Wage Range: Min: $19.15, Mid: $22.50, Max: $25.85

A Brief Overview

The Loan Servicing Portfolio Specialist I supports the Bank's loan portfolio by performing routine servicing and loan input in accordance with established lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role handles inbound requests from internal partners and external borrowers and third parties, for loan advances, and participation payments. This role is customer-focused and cross-trained, performs assigned tasks using defined workflows, job aids, and supervision as needed.

What you will do

  • Book, renew, and disburse loans; process term changes; and update servicing records in the core system, with a concentration in mortgage, consumer, and commercial loans.
  • Validate loan data for accuracy, completeness, and required documentation; partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain needed clarifications/corrections.
  • Execute daily servicing activities, including construction draws, advances, and participation payments.
  • Track Loan Input tickets and ensure timely completion in accordance with SLAs.
  • Complete other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Other Qualifications/Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree and minimum 2 years Retail Banking, loan servicing preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
