Vontive recently internalized its loan servicing operations and is now developing a robust loan servicing unit with a clear strategy for expanding its capabilities and responsibilities.
Position Summary
Vontive seeks a Manager of Loan Administration & Processing, who is a dedicated people leader and operations expert—to take immediate ownership of a core segment of our loan administration and processing function. This role is crucial for scaling our operational capacity and ensuring high-quality, compliant servicing
Key Responsibilities
Ramp Plan Requirement: Must be willing to commit the first 30-60 days to intensive shadowing of current analysts, managing a small, controlled caseload for hands-on learning, and participating in joint process reviews with the existing leadership.
