Responsibilities
• Support Loan Officers throughout the mortgage process
• Collect and organize borrower documentation
• Communicate with clients regarding required paperwork and loan updates
• Coordinate with processing teams to help ensure timely closings
• Learn the full mortgage process from application through funding
• Prepare for and obtain your NMLS license with company support
Qualifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated
• Coachable with a willingness to learn
• Previous mortgage, banking, sales, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus
• Ability to work in-office in Troy, MI
