Title: Loan IQ Business Systems Analyst

Location: 1525 W WT Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC

Alternate Location: Irving, TX

Duration: 12 months

Work Engagement: W2

Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Business Systems Analyst to support the development and delivery of commercial lending technology solutions, with a strong focus on building capabilities for AFS to Loan IQ conversion initiatives and driving Loan IQ system enhancements. This role partners closely with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, support testing and UAT, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Loan IQ functionalities across syndicated, bilateral, and member lending transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands‑on Loan IQ Business Systems support across business analysis, QA, UAT, production support, and/or operations

  • Support technology solutions through business systems analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and solution validation

  • Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and product requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Draft and execute UAT test scripts and provide UAT coordination and support

  • Support production inquiries, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and impact assessment

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions align with business processes, controls, and operational needs

  • Utilize Agile methodologies and iterative delivery practices to support backlog grooming and sprint activities

  • Manage requirements, user stories, defects, and backlog items using Jira or similar tools

  • Support process and control considerations within commercial lending platforms

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • Advanced hands‑on experience with Loan IQ (Business Analysis, QA, UAT, Production Support, or Operations)

  • Experience booking and/or servicing commercial lending transactions, including syndicated, bilateral, or member deals

  • Strong experience in business systems analysis supporting technology solutions

  • Proven ability to document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Experience with requirements, testing, and UAT support

  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies

  • Hands‑on experience with Jira (or similar tools) for requirements and defect management

  • Strong process and controls awareness within financial systems

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
