Job Title: Loan IQ Business System Analyst
Location:Dallas, TX (Hybrid-3 days in office)
Duration: 12+ months (possibility of extension or conversion)
Interview: 1 round of interviews - 30-minute duration
Consultant Type: W2 only.
Shift: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
 
 
Job Description:

Commercial Loan Servicing: Covers jobs responsible for activities related to servicing of commercial loan transactions according to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This can include customer/client modifications, account maintenance, rebookings, and purchased receivables management to ensure accuracy through life of the transaction.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Loan IQ Experience (a strong plus).
  • BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or another business-related field.
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management.
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Client Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills.
Sound analytical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
