    POSITION SUMMARY

    Responsible for reviewing loan transactions/funding requests for customers of the Auto Rental, Auto Lease, Trucking & Truck Lease divisions that require independent, discretionary judgment for proper approval and adherence to loan policy guidelines and regulations. In addition, could be responsible for aiding in financial statement spreading and credit compliance monitoring.

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Works independently to review loan transactions/funding requests for current clients for proper approval and adherence to loan policy guidelines and regulations and communicates approvals to Loan Operations via bank software.

    • Communicates with various departments including Sales and Operations regarding funding requests that may not fit with within policy guidelines to structure them in accordance with the policy guidelines.

    • Performs collateral evaluations on an as needed basis.

    • Prepares financial spreads utilizing financial statement software.

    • Assists senior credit analyst with regional/division workflow.

    • Responsible for Credit Compliance monitoring.

    • Makes recommendations to management after evaluating different courses of action and offers suggestions on a regular basis about how procedures should change (eg. to make them more efficient or to comply with changing regulations).

    • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.

    • Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.

    • Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.

    NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Performs all other duties as assigned.

    EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

    • One (1) - two (2) years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
    • Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential, nCino workflow experience is preferred.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Self-motivated; ability to work independently.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • High degree of attention to detail.

    EDUCATION

    Bachelor's Degree preferred.

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

    Ability to travel locally as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
