Collaborate with lenders, legal counsel, and internal teams to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of documentation.
Process documentation for line of credit renewals, extensions, modifications, loan increases, and new loan offerings.
Update loan data in internal systems; create and manage UCC templates in CT Lien for filing purposes.
Generate fee sheets, disbursement statements, and other closing package documents.
Perform thorough reviews for accuracy and regulatory compliance; stay current on documentation standards, policy updates, and SLAs.
