This role involves
• Managing loan closing processes for commercial and multifamily loans, including coordination from term sheet to funding, and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting origination and underwriting teams with review and selection, and ensuring smooth communication with borrowers, attorneys, and lenders.
• Overseeing post-closing loan servicing tasks such as onboarding, borrower communication, payment processing, and compliance tracking.
• Assisting with operational support by refining procedures, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various teams.
• Serving as primary contact with future lender clients and attending industry conferences as needed.
