Seeking a detail-oriented Loan Closing Specialist to prepare, review, and finalize loan documentation, ensuring compliance and timely closings. Responsibilities include verifying completed loan files, preparing closing packages, coordinating with lenders and title companies, confirming funding conditions, maintaining accurate records, and resolving documentation issues to support smooth disbursements. Requires experience in loan processing or closing, strong regulatory knowledge (RESPA, TILA, TRID), excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with loan systems and MS Office.
