Position Overview
The Loan Advisor is responsible for converting qualified leads into funded loans while maintaining a high-quality experience for clients and real estate partners. This role guides clients through the loan process with consistency and professionalism, particularly when transactions become complex or timelines shift. The Loan Advisor leads with insight and clear direction rather than pressure, aiming for a smooth experience; when challenges arise, the Loan Advisor drives the recovery through proactive communication and solution-focused support. This role oversees the full client and agent experience by setting expectations, communicating effectively, and fostering confidence and trust from the initial consultation through closing.
