Required Qualifications
- Previous experience hosting livestream sales, social commerce events, auctions, or online shopping broadcasts.
- Comfortable performing live on camera for extended periods.
- Strong verbal communication and audience engagement skills.
- Proven ability to influence purchasing decisions and generate sales.
- Knowledge of apparel, fashion, resale, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Linden, New Jersey.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling on Whatnot (required), TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, Facebook Live, Amazon Live, or similar platforms.
- Existing social media following or audience-building experience.
- Demonstrated success with livestream conversion rates, sales volume, or audience growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Host live Whatnot auctions featuring apparel sold individually and in bulk lots.
- Drive viewer engagement, bidding activity, and overall sales performance.
- Present products professionally with enthusiasm and confidence.
- Build excitement, urgency, and audience participation throughout each livestream.
- Respond to viewer questions and interact with customers in real time.
- Learn product details and accurately communicate features, sizing, and value.
- Maintain high energy and professionalism during 4–6 hour livestream sessions.
- Help build a loyal customer following and repeat buyer community.
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies and auction performance improvements.
