We are seeking a responsible, compassionate, and organized Live-In Recovery House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a sober living home. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong commitment to supporting individuals in recovery, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain structure and accountability within the household. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
This position requires living on-site and being available to respond to resident needs, emergencies, and house-related matters outside of standard working hours. A valid driver's license is required for transporting residents and handling errands related to the home.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees the operation of the sober living home and its assigned personnel
Coordinate residential house staff meetings taking note input and feedback
Overseas the maintenance of residential home and corporate vehicles assigned to it
Coordinates directly with the Office Manager regarding purchases of residential house supplies
Coordinate random client urinalysis drug screens
Required licenses or certifications:
Current CPR Certification for Healthcare Providers and First Aid Certification
