Position Details
- Schedule: Live-in Thursday morning to Sunday morning
- Compensation: Competitive pay
- Location: Coral Springs / surrounding Broward communities
- Client Needs: Light assistance, companionship, daily routines, safety oversight, support with ADLs/IADLs, and transportation to appointments

Requirements
- CNA/HHA certificate
- Level 2 background screening
- CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Experience with seniors/Dementia/live in
- Must have a personal vehicle for transporting client to doctor’s appointments
- Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- Reliable, patient, professional
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document client health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Medication reminders and assist with mobility and physical exercises.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to care plans and follow established protocols for patient care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) in Florida.
- Experience in home health care or a similar caregiving role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
