Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or its equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience performing office administration tasks
  • Demonstrate an ability in commonly used software (for example, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Pass the following tests (before his or her start date in the position):
    • Language Skills
    • Data Entry
    • Following Written Directions
    • Classifying
    • Visual Speed and Accuracy and
    • Computation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational, multi-tasking and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with others and be a team member
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • May need to work extended hours

Preferred Qualifications
