  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive business development efforts and expand existing client base
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and litigation staff
  • Collaborate across practice areas where matters intersect with regulatory, environmental, or product-related issues
  • Maintain high standards of written and oral advocacy

Qualifications

  • Significant experience handling complex civil litigation matters
  • Strong background in areas such as toxic tort, environmental, product liability, or similar high-exposure work
  • Meaningful trial experience and comfort managing cases involving expert testimony
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation docket
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members preferred
  • Academic or thought leadership experience (teaching, speaking, publishing) is valued but not required

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in good standing
  • Portable book of business required
  • Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority matters simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a practice
