Job Details

We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team at the senior level, with flexibility to evaluate candidates at either the Counsel or Partner level depending on experience and business generation. This role is designed for a lawyer who wants to take on complex, high-stakes matters while having the opportunity to further develop their practice in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
You will work on sophisticated litigation matters that are often multi-party, expert-driven, and span multiple jurisdictions. This is a strong fit for someone who values hands-on involvement, strategic input, and meaningful client interaction, while also wanting a platform that supports long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Handle complex civil litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution
Lead or play a key role in fact and expert discovery, including managing scientific and technical issues
Develop case strategy, including motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Participate in or lead trial teams, including examining witnesses and working with experts
Manage multi-jurisdictional matters and coordinate across teams where needed
Build and maintain client relationships, with opportunities to expand an existing book of business
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality client service
Mentor junior attorneys where appropriate and contribute to team development


Qualifications

Significant experience handling complex litigation matters
Background in areas such as product liability, toxic tort, environmental, or other high-exposure civil litigation
Experience working with expert witnesses, including scientific or medical causation issues
Track record of hands-on involvement in litigation strategy and case management
Trial experience or meaningful participation in trial teams
Ability to independently manage matters and communicate effectively with clients


Requirements

Licensed and in good standing in the jurisdiction you will be practicing or the ability to waive in
Portable business is preferred but not required; candidates with an existing book will be strongly considered
Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Interest in long-term practice growth and client development
Open to Counsel or Partner-level candidates depending on experience and fit
