The firm specialized in real property disputes and commercial litigation. This role is ideal for an experienced paralegal seeking substantive work, long‑term stability, and professional growth.Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with litigation team and attorneysOrganize discovery, case databases, and documentsReview, analyze, and summarize records including deeds and chains of titleSupport depositions and discovery (transcript summaries, document tracking, follow-ups)Prepare cases for and assist with trialsPrepare materials for expert witness reviewPrepare basic discovery requests and responsesMaintain well-organized, accessible case filesQualificationsParalegal Certificate from an ABA‑approved program or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies preferred4+ years of litigation paralegal experienceLaw firm billing experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple casesExperience drafting subpoenas and tracking incoming recordsComfortable with legal research tools and case management softwareThe ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environmentA variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses and benefits.
