Job Details

Job Duties
  • Provide litigation support for real estate, condemnation, construction, business, and general civil litigation matters
  • Track and manage litigation deadlines, court dates, filings, and case milestones
  • Prepare, draft, and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and transactional real estate documents
  • Handle electronic filings and recordings in state and federal courts
  • Maintain organized case files, calendars, and litigation records
  • Communicate directly with clients and serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients
  • Coordinate with attorneys, court personnel, opposing counsel, and internal staff regarding active matters
  • Monitor compliance with court orders, settlement agreements, and legal obligations
  • Perform general legal administrative and secretarial support duties
  • Assist with special projects and additional legal support responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements
  • Paralegal certificate required
  • 3-5+ years of prior law firm and litigation experience required
  • Working knowledge of Georgia Superior Court Rules required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
