Job Details

We are looking for an experienced litigation assistant to support multiple attorneys in a busy, team-oriented environment. This role is integral to keeping cases moving efficiently and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You will work closely with attorneys and other team members, providing consistent support across a range of litigation matters. The position offers a steady workflow with the opportunity to stay involved in meaningful work while contributing to a collaborative and well-organized team.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive litigation support across administrative, clerical, and case-related tasks
Prepare and format correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and court filings
Manage calendaring for court deadlines, hearings, meetings, and case milestones
Coordinate filings in state and federal courts, including e-filing procedures
Maintain organized case files and ensure documentation is up to date
Communicate with attorneys, staff, and third parties to support case progress
Assist with trial preparation and general case management as needed


Qualifications

Prior experience supporting litigation matters in a law firm setting
Familiarity with court procedures, filings, and litigation workflows
Strong organizational and time management skills
Solid written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team


Requirements

5+ years of litigation support experience
Experience with court calendaring and e-filing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general office tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment
Team-oriented mindset with a dependable and proactive approach
