Job Details

We are seeking a senior litigation attorney to join our team in a Counsel or Partner capacity. In this role, you will work on complex, high-exposure disputes across a range of subject areas and play a meaningful role in case strategy, client interaction, and matter execution. This position is well-suited for an attorney who is comfortable taking ownership of sophisticated litigation while also collaborating closely with a lean, experienced team. We are open to candidates who bring deep subject-matter experience as well as those continuing to build a practice within a strong litigation platform.

Responsibilities

Lead and support complex litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution
Develop case strategy, including managing discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Handle depositions, hearings, and court appearances
Work closely with clients, experts, and internal team members on case development
Oversee and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff as needed
Contribute to business development efforts, including maintaining and growing client relationships where applicable

Qualifications

Extensive experience handling complex litigation matters, including high-stakes disputes
Strong background in areas such as commercial litigation, product liability, environmental matters, or similarly complex case types
Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and work directly with clients
Experience with expert-driven matters, including scientific or technical issues, is preferred
Prior trial or significant courtroom experience is highly valued
A portable book of business is welcome but not required

Requirements

Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Proven ability to handle sophisticated litigation with minimal supervision
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Interest in taking on meaningful responsibility within a focused litigation platform
