Litigation Counsel - Employment and Commercial Litigation
HP is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to lead significant employment-related litigation and complex commercial disputes with material legal, financial, and reputational impact. This is a senior, judgment-driven role with autonomy, designed for a litigator who can independently drive strategy, manage risk, and partner effectively with business and legal stakeholders.
This role is based in either Houston / Spring or Vancouver and follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring employees to work in the office three days per week.
Role Overview
This role sits within the Litigation & Government Investigations team and focuses on a blend of employment litigation and complex commercial disputes. The successful candidate will operate as a lead lawyer on assigned matters, responsible for outcomes, strategy, and stakeholder alignment.

The pay range for this role is $165,450 to $259,750 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
