Job Details
  • Handle general tort litigation matters across Pennsylvania state and federal courts.
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategy across a diverse docket
  • Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Looking For:

  • Pennsylvania Bar Admission
  • 2+ years of litigation experience
