Job Details

Job Duties
  • Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations
  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
  • Handle discovery management, including written discovery and document review
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and litigation strategy discussions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case progression and client service

Job Requirements
  • JD from an accredited law school and active Arizona Bar admission in good standing
  • Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience required
  • Insurance defense and/or family law experience is a plus
  • Ability to independently manage cases and maintain deadlines
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience handling a higher volume caseload preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment
