Job Details

Job Duties:

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial proceedings
• Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal guidance
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex litigation matters
• Manage case deadlines and maintain high-quality client service throughout the litigation process
• Maintain 1920 billable hour annual requirement

Job Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Georgia Bar license or ability to obtain licensure promptly
• 2-8 years of litigation experience
• Experience in civil litigation, employment law, government-related matters, land use, property disputes, or similar practice areas is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
