Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling all phases of litigation and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis of legal issues
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex legal matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of X years of experience in litigation
• Strong knowledge of federal and state civil procedure rules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
