Job Details
  • Join a dynamic litigation team handling a broad range of matters across California state and federal courts.
  • Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
  • Counsel clients on litigation avoidance strategies and risk mitigation across multiple industries including construction, healthcare, financial services, insurance, technology, and transportation.
  • Communicate and maintain relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Looking For:

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in California
  • Recent litigation defense experience
