Our law firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and are looking to further their career in the legal industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in court, providing in-depth legal advice, and preparing compelling legal documents. The Litigation Attorney will be expected to handle all aspects of a case from inception through resolution, including trial, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.

Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
2. Conduct thorough legal research and fact investigation to identify potential claims and defenses.
3. Draft, review, and revise various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
4. Present oral arguments in court hearings and effectively cross-examine witnesses.
5. Develop case strategy in collaboration with team members and clients, considering potential outcomes, risks, and costs.
6. Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes favorably and efficiently.
7. Maintain professional relationships with clients, providing regular case updates and sound legal advice.
8. Stay abreast of current legal developments and changes in law that may affect clients' cases.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a proven track record of success.
4. Exceptional legal writing and analysis skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly and effectively.
5. Strong litigation experience, including trial, arbitration, and settlement negotiation.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive client relationships and work collaboratively with a team.
7. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
8. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
