Overview FMJ has an opportunity in our Eden Prairie office for a full-time litigation associate attorney with 0 to 2 years of experience in commercial and business litigation matters. The firm is seeking a candidate with strong research and writing abilities, strong academic credentials, and a strong desire to gain experience in written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court hearings. Candidates MUST BE LICENSED to practice law in Minnesota.Responsibilities Develop experience in written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court hearings.Conduct research and prepare written materials.Support the busy and growing commercial litigation practice.Qualifications 0 to 2 years of experience in commercial and business litigation matters.Strong research and writing abilities.Strong academic credentials.Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.Salary and Benefits Salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 and is commensurate with experience.
