Well-established and growing firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its Raleigh office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle complex, high-quality cases in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
About the Role: This hands-on position involves actively managing litigation cases, working closely with experienced attorneys, and gaining courtroom and client exposure.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex civil litigation caseload, draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, conduct legal research, participate in hearings, mediations, trial prep, and collaborate on case strategy.
Qualifications: 4–7+ years of litigation experience, familiarity with complex tort matters, proven deposition and motion experience, strong research/writing skills, top academic credentials, NC licensure or eligibility.
