Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams on multiple complex matters, primarily securities fraud and class actions.
• Conduct extensive legal research and writing on federal and state securities laws.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies, manage discovery, and oversee client interactions.
• Assist in managing clerical staff to ensure efficient support.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of complex litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent credentials, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, learn quickly, and maintain professionalism.
