This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value commercial disputes as part of a collaborative, cross-office team handling complex matters for a diverse client base.The role offers broad exposure to all phases of litigation, substantial client interaction and the opportunity to develop within a platform that combines the resources of an international firm with the close-knit culture of a boutique practice.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courtsAnalyse sophisticated legal issues and develop litigation strategyConduct legal research and draft substantive briefs and court filingsPrepare for, take and defend depositionsManage written discovery, document review and document productionsWork with expert witnesses and assist in developing expert strategiesSupport trial preparation, including preparing witness outlines and exhibits for direct and cross-examinationsWork directly with clients on case management and litigation strategyCollaborate with attorneys across multiple offices on high-stakes disputesWho You Are4th–7th year associateExperience handling complex commercial litigation mattersStrong brief writing and legal research skillsExperience taking and defending depositionsTrial preparation experience preferredExperience managing discovery and working with expert witnessesStrategic thinker with strong analytical abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and client management skillsLaw Review, Journal and/or judicial clerkship experience preferredStrong academic credentialsAdmitted to practice in ArizonaCompensationSalary: Competitive and commensurate with experienceBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package and discretionary bonus opportunities.Interested?Contact Max at max@tposearch.com to learn more or express interest.#TPOPS | MLB331#J-18808-Ljbffr
