Litigation Associate

Milligan Lawless is seeking a Litigation Associate with two to six years of experience to join its litigation team.This position offers the opportunity to take a hands‑on role in a wide range of civil litigation and government investigation matters within a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment. New associates will take an active role in all facets of litigation, including:Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefsParticipating in depositions and hearingsAssisting with and conducting trial preparation, trial work, and administrative agency hearingsDeveloping and maintaining client relationshipsAnalyzing complex legal and factual issuesQualifications include:Two to six years of litigation experienceExceptional writing, research, and analytical skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleaguesExperience with False Claims Act and healthcare‑related litigation is a plusOut-of-state applicants must be in good standing in the jurisdiction in which they are licensed and must either be admitted to the Arizona Bar or actively pursuing Arizona admission at the time of hire.Milligan Lawless, P.C. is a Phoenix, Arizona law firm.
