We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to handle construction defect matters. This role involves developing legal strategies, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in litigation proceedings.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar
  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience (construction defect experience preferred)
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
  • Handle cases involving construction defect claims
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
  • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and briefs
