Litigation Associate - complex commercial or construction

Handling court appearances, case management conferences, and oral arguments on summary judgment motions Conducting depositions and cross-examining witnesses Managing complex commercial real estate litigation and contract disputes Representing insured architects, engineers, and contractors in construction defect and D&O claims as panel counsel for major insurance companies Supporting motion practice and litigation strategy across the firm's growing commercial litigation portfolio Key Requirements 5-10 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial or real estate-related matters Admitted to the New Jersey Bar (New York or Pennsylvania bar admission is a strong plus) Ability to independently handle court appearances, depositions, and motion practice Background at a small-to-midsize, reputable litigation firm (not BigLaw unless willing to adjust expectations) Strong work ethic and commitment to being in-office; no lifestyle-first candidates The salary for this role is $170K - $250K/year We are looking for a Litigation Associate with 5-10 years of experience to join a nationally recognized boutique real estate law firm and handle complex commercial and construction litigation matters.
