Job Details
  • Handle complex commercial disputes across multiple practice areas in federal and state trial and appellate courts, arbitration panels, and administrative agencies
  • Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
  • Engage from initial case involvement through trial and appeal
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other litigation documents
  • Evaluate and communicate settlement and alternative resolution strategies throughout the matter

Looking For:

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in Ohio
  • Minimum 4 years of litigation experience
  • Experience in one or more: commercial litigation, business torts, insurance coverage, real estate and construction litigation, trust and estate litigation, labor and employment, products liability, premises liability, ERISA, appellate proceedings, health care litigation, creditors' rights, or tax disputes
