Job DescriptionPay: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per yearLocation: This is an on-site role based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with court travel as needed throughout the state.Note: Candidates must have an active Nevada law license in good standing and litigation experience. Confidential Employer.ResponsibilitiesManage litigation matters through the legal collection process.Appear in court and handle hearings, motions, and other litigation‑related proceedings.Draft and review pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.Communicate with opposing counsel, pro se parties, clients, and internal team members.Negotiate disputes and work toward practical, efficient resolutions.Research and analyze laws, rulings, regulations, and court procedures.Maintain accurate file activity and documentation in accordance with firm and client policies.Stay current on Nevada court procedures, legal updates, and relevant compliance requirements.Work closely with supervising attorneys and team members to deliver strong client results.QualificationsActive Nevada law license in good standing.Litigation experience required.Civil litigation, creditors' rights, consumer collection, or debt collection litigation experience preferred.Strong legal writing, research, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and a fast‑paced caseload.Comfortable appearing in court and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and pro se parties.Strong judgment, professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.BenefitsDental insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
