It is not a large-platform firm — this is an intimate, collegial environment where attorneys work directly with clients and carry real responsibility from day one.ResponsibilitiesManage and advance an active litigation caseload with meaningful autonomy from day oneDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filingsConduct and defend depositionsHandle discovery — written discovery, document review, and productionAppear in Georgia state and federal courtWork directly with partners and clients on case strategyHandle matters in commercial litigation, employment & labor law, or bothQualifications2–9 years of litigation experienceBackground in commercial litigation, employment law, or a combination of bothStrong written and oral advocacy skillsDemonstrated ability to manage matters with limited oversightGeorgia bar admission (required or ability to waive in)Experience in both state and federal court practice preferredRequirementsActive Georgia U.S. law license in good standingMust be located in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA areaThis is a full-time, in-office position (approximately 4 days/week in office)#J-18808-Ljbffr
