Job Details

We are seeking a litigation associate with at least two (2) years of experience to join our Boston office as part of a dynamic and growing disputes practice. Our team handles a wide range of business-focused litigation matters, often at the intersection of commercial disputes, employment issues, and regulatory or compliance-driven investigations.

We work closely with clients across a variety of industries to develop practical, results-oriented strategies that align with broader business objectives. This role offers meaningful hands-on experience, early responsibility, and the opportunity to collaborate across multiple practice areas on sophisticated and high-impact matters.

Responsibilities

We represent clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including business disputes, contract issues, and employment-related claims
We handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
We support and conduct internal and external investigations, including those involving regulatory and compliance issues
We collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver integrated legal strategies tailored to client needs
We engage directly with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties in a professional and strategic manner
We contribute to thought leadership, client alerts, and business development initiatives

Qualifications

We have at least 2+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or comparable setting
We possess experience in one or more of the following areas: commercial litigation, employment litigation, white collar matters, or regulatory investigations
We demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
We are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with competing deadlines
We have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements

We hold a J.D. from an accredited law school
We are admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts
We are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple matters simultaneously
We are motivated to develop as litigators within a collaborative, business-focused practice
