Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine competitive pricing for property listings
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties

- Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and support throughout the selling process

Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a listing agent or in a related real estate role
- Proven track record of successfully listing and selling residential properties
- Strong knowledge of the Denton real estate market and local neighborhoods
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MLS, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
